I really enjoyed working with Cindy & Joe Coakley. They were referred by a friend & were very responsive to my initial inquiry. While they primarily know the Eastside Area, they were still knowledgeable about South Snohomish County. Without Cindy’s prodding, I’m sure it would have taken much longer to get the house on the market. I was selling a rental & she made economical suggestions on how to spruce things up. She also had to deal with the tenants who were not very cooperative about showing the house, but she managed to find a buyer. Despite some obstacles along the way, the house closed before my deadline. I’m very happy with their service & will probably use them to sell my house as I downsize in the next year or so. The listing of our home was tricky because of a very substantial pending Homeowner’s assessment. Final assessment figures were not available at the time we had already purchased and moved across the State. Cindy was thorough, relentless, and knowledgeable. We had lowball offers which did not go together, neighbors selling low just to get out, and there were complications getting to final numbers for the assessment. Cindy’s motto was always, “Onward!”. Our home sold after 90 plus days on the market and we were very pleased to complete our real estate business this year, thanks to Cindy.
